2-Axis Parallel Robot Delta Robot for Pick and Place

The controller is Siemens and TexComputer. It was used to move the products of the production line.

In the project, it was synced with the vision system.

ُScara Robot Scara

Scara Trio robot with Trio/TexComputer controller was realized through EtherCat protocol.

Car caliper production line

Automatic car caliper machining, drilling and threading line. It has 20 operating stations at the same time, compliance with safety and protection protocols, SCADA monitoring, manual control from several points. Production of 4 models of car calipers.

Automatic strap nut

Automatic wheel nuts for truck wheels. The ability to connect to the database SQL Server and store the assembled screw information. The strap nut is DSM brand and MultiPro3G model, which is set up with Profint protocol and the performance of the strap is checked in real time.

CNC milling 4-Axis

The CNC milling machine has 4 operating axes, and a separate servo axis is installed to change the tools. Milled parts are sorted automatically.

Crankshaft sensor performance tester

Checks the output signal of the crankshaft sensor of the car under the same conditions as the real one and determines the pass/fail of the product.

Wholesale wire cutting and stripping machine

It was designed and programmed automatically to cut and strip the wire with an accuracy of 2 mm.

General Hot Plate Welding

This welding is based on hot plates, the plates reach the set temperature by the element. It is performed by the motion control system during various stages of the welding operation.
