Description At the request of the quality control unit, a vehicle injector solenoid valve test device was designed.

    During the review of the data sheet of the solenoid valve, all the necessary items were checked and the following items were mentioned for testing:
  1. Injector operation with an adjustable frequency of 5 to 50 Hz
  2. Duty cycle 10~90%
  3. Adjustable test duration from 2 seconds to 30 seconds
  4. Test pressure: 380kPa ± 1kPa
  5. Used dry air with 400kPa，injector injects 5000 times with 2.5ms impulse and 5.0ms period’s injection. Pour into the inlet of injector with 400kPa-420kPa dry air. Leakage is less than 0.3ml/min.
  6. Measuring injector output current
  7. Coil winding resistance test
  8. Electric current test

  1. Cycle time for injector pair: 8 seconds.
  2. Accuracy of coil resistance measurement: 0.05 Ohm.
  3. Flow injector measurement accuracy: 0.5% ّFull Scale
  4. leakage test: CTS "cinciati test system" Sentinel A28

Workstations

  1. Step 1. insert tow part
  2. Step 2. electrical Test "resistence, current, PWM and Flow.
  3. Step 3. leakage test.
  4. Step 4. Eject part, If the part is correct, it will be "OK" in the pallet, and if it "NG"" the test, it will be thrown in the box.

The arrangement of parts is done automatically, its control system is motion control. If the pallet is full, the machine stops and a new pallet is replaced.
