Sealing And Screwing ECU Machine

This device is for injecting insulation sealing and tightening ECU screws. At each step, the accuracy of the process is checked by the camera, the functions of this system are connected to the database by the lab view program.

Functions

Components:

  1. Axis: It has 7 moving axes, 4 Axis interpulation and 3 Axis none-interpulation.
  2. Injection servo pump: It has a head and a pump for injecting sealing with a variable rate.
  3. Vision: It has two cameras to perform the vision process.
  4. ُScrew: It has a precision screwdriver with the ability to determine settings.
  5. Barcode Reader: To read the bar code of the piece.
  6. Database: Connection with the database by SQL.

Description:

The piece is placed on the "A" and "Y" axes, These two units perform the injection operation with the "X" and "Z" axes as an interpolation.
"B" and "C" and "W" axis close the screws.
Each of these steps is checked by the Vision Check system and stored in the database.
